Bead Collection Cataloguing Job Offered
 
Hours: part time 2 days per week over 3 months.
 
Location: Dartmouth Park in London near Archway Tube on the Northern Line.
 
The job involves: Assisting in practical research/cataloguing work consulting the established specialist bead library, as well as online research, working alongside the bead collector to identify both loose beads and rarities of various materials as well as bead jewellery, in order to document and log each example in this extensive collection, aiming for exhibition and/or permanent donation to a museum. 
 
Past Experience: Suitable for motivated student, craftsperson, archivist, artist, anthropologist, jewellery historian, archaeologist, conservator, costume historian. 
 
Skills Required: photography, writing and research skills, proactive, enthusiasm for the topic,  patient, meticulous. 
 
Possibly also helping me to sell properly online.. (Ebay, Etsy, or?)
